Herma has launched a new label adhesive called HERMAsuperPerm, which is designed to help fight against counterfeiting. Its high final adhesion makes it suitable for initiatives like “Manufacturers against Product Piracy” that are based on labels with data matrix codes.

Labels equipped with this adhesive cannot be removed, even from lacquered cardboard, plastics or steel, without destruction of the label or the packaging surface.

The final adhesion of HERMAsuperPerm 63S is designed so that code or sealing labels equipped with the adhesive cannot be removed from lacquered pharmaceutical packaging, as well as many other polar and non-polar surfaces, such as paper, cardboard, or plastics and steel, without destruction of the label or the packaging surface.
